I cannot express enough how happy I am with Eazy Heat. I ordered a boiler from Eazy Heat on Bank Holiday Thursday and it was fully installed on the following Tuesday. Craig was very polite, friendly and helpful - the whole process of ordering was easy and straight forward. I had some quotes from several plumbers and they were extortionate - I saved over £1200 for the same boiler by using Eazy Heat. Artur the engineer arrived on the day early and got to work straight away. Throughout the whole installation he remained polite and exceptionally professional. I never heard him moan once he just got on with the job at hand. His work was very neat and he was constantly tidying up after himself. I can't remember the last time a company has impressed me so much. I would gladly use and recommend them again.

I cannot thank Craig and the team at Eazy Heat enough. We were left in a position where we needed a new boiler 6 months before moving house. After contacting several different boiler websites and being quoted over £2,000 I contacted Eazy Heat who quoted me £1350 including installation and everything needed to complete the job. They delivered and installed it the next day without a problem. I am incredibly grateful for the high quality service and the understanding of my situation!! I will be recommending their service to everyone.

Craig was brilliant from start to finish. He gave me a very competitive quote for a new Worcester boiler and then managed to source the boiler when other companies couldn't. The install went smoothly and Craig visited to check everything was done properly. It's clear to see that Craig is a highly skilled and experienced gas engineer. I requested quotes from 3 companies and Eazy heat was not only the most competitive on price but also the most straightforward to deal with. I wasn’t subject to any ‘hard’ selling and was given quotes for a number of different boilers. On the day the boiler was due to be installed the engineer arrived on time and took care to cover carpets to prevent damage. He was polite, friendly and competent. He worked hard all day draining system, removing old boiler and installing the new one. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend them without hesitation, overall an excellent service provided at a great price. Also commend office staff who kept me informed throughout and I am confident should any issues arise they will be able to resolve quickly.

Ordered a boiler online and spoke with Craig about which one was best for us, paid our deposit and the boiler came the day we asked for. The gas engineer that came showed us how it all worked and took the old boiler away, he even removed the old thermostat for us, which he didn't have to do, he was really helpful, he gave us his registered gas number which we needed to register the new boiler and even filled his part in before he left. Craig also text whilst the engineer was here to see if we were happy

Great experience, really friendly, very fast turnaround. Didn't try to upsell us and gave the best advice for what our house needed. Absolutely smashed everyone else's prices out the water (some were charging £1000 more than these!). Would definitely recommend to everyone to use them

I contacted Eazy Heat about a boiler replacement - they are very competitively priced, polite and straightforward to deal with. There was a slight issue in that the engineer they initially booked cancelled the job that morning, but Craig from Eazy Heat got in touch quickly, explained and apologised, and re-booked the appointment for a few days later. Craig then came himself to ensure the job got done as promised, was friendly and easygoing, replaced the boiler quickly and got everything running again very smoothly. No issues whatsoever with the boiler or the workmanship, would recommend people looking for a cost-effective boiler replacement from a reliable company take a look at Eazy Heat. Having had bad experiences with several previous providers/installers, I can say this gang stand out as one of the best companies out there of this kind.
