Ordered 250mm x 5 T&G panels for bathroom. Delivery was quick and arrived well packed. Panels were very easy to install using the variety of trims supplied. Unfortunately the only issue was that two of the panels had manufacturing defects resulting in the tongues splintering and making them very difficult to engage in next panel. It would not have been a problem if I had ordered a couple of spare panels.
Fantastic company Panels were ordered just before Christmas and delivered a few days later by their own friendly delivery drivers. One small issue with the order but quickly resolved with a single phone call.
We ordered a panel which came damaged with a little chip. They have refused us a replacement with multiple excuses saying we are out of timescale for returns, then we have cut it ourselves and then saying we filled it with silicone. None of this is true. We are now without a panel on our wall trying to find a company which have the same so we can finish off our bathroom

10mm GOLD Marble Matt Shower Panel?? I'm sorry to have to give such a low feedback rating after having received one of these panels for placing in our bathroom. However, the description of it being a Gold marble(-effect) matt shower, just was not accurate by any means. It is more mid-brown with very dark streaks, which doesn't look that attractive at all. Hence, we were extremely disappointed. The best part of the order experience was the promptness of delivery and that the panel was not damaged in any way. Apologies, but there is no gold effect anywhere on the panel. I do have photos of the panel, if required. Thank you.
