Ordered samples, then chose our preference. Measured the bathroom and creates a shopping list. Ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Packed well and cut to rough size. Now waiting for time to fit.

We ordered several aqua panels and various trims. Good quality and delivered promptly. Downside is we mis cut 1 trim and ordered another 1. £7.99 for trim. £19.99 delivery! Phoned up to check and was told it was correct and that was for 4 - 5 day delivery, not next day.

Cud do with email or txt as I did not know when or if all order was despatched in 1or 2 delivery lots..I was surprised as expected1 order and all orders turned up... better for me but was not told both would be delivered together as I ordered on different days...apart from that happy they were delivered together and will buy from you again...can recommend...

Although the panels we wanted were ‘out of stock’ we were updated when they were available again so we could place our order. The customer service team were excellent in keeping us informed regarding delivery and the driver was extremely friendly and professional when he arrived. All in all 100% satisfied
