We have used Duplus before and are very happy with the quality of the windows produced. Duplus are a great company. All previous purchases have been standard sizes and delivered very quickly. This order was for a non-standard size and was estimated delivery at 6 weeks. I contacted Duplus direct and asked if they could delivery earlier and they tried very hard to be accommodating. While they did manage to deliver the window in 5 weeks for which our customer was very grateful for, the communication about production and delivery could have been better. Some delays were not communicated and caused issues with our customer I would have absolutely no issue in recommending Duplus to other customers

Friendly and helpful with my queries. A couple of emails went unanswered, but I was begging a favour for them to rush my order through. They kept me informed. The skylight looks fantastic - exactly what we were after. The builders found it easy to fit.

Ordered a Fixed Flat roof light. Delivered as promised within the lead time quoted. Saturday delivery Quality product, just a shame Duplus don't do an installation service! Let the sunlight shine in
The service was great and for me as someone who has no roofing knowledge they explained what I needed. And once I had made the preach they emailed me all the information I needed to install the product as well as the full invoice. The delivery was when they stated and not too long too wait. The roof lights I purchased look great and were really easy to install.
Generally impressed with Duplus. Very helpful throughout the enquiry. Products exactly as expected and look great on the new conservatory. Only minor gripe would be that the delivery driver turned up at 7.30am, before my builder started work, and wanted to leave the rooflights by the kerbside. Thankfully it was sorted eventually but perhaps an area for improvement in the future
After being recommended by our builder we purchased a lanten roof from Duplus. A very helpful Gavin answered all my questions and the delivery was held until we wanted it. It arrived on the Wirral at 7.30am as advised the previous day by the "delivery driver" who was also very helpful. The roof was fitted in under 1 hour and is a fabulous product, looks superb, we are delighted with Duplus - we're sure that you won't be disappointed!

Good price, excellent quality and fit, exceptional customer service, professional and friendly driver, arrived slightly early and personally phoned to confirm time of delivery. Exceptional e-mail and telephone support. This product is ready assembled, it took four men to Lift it into place and took 20 minutes to fit in.
I purchased a glass lantern window. The price was the best I could find, and the product was delivered with great efficiency and was of the highest quality, in fact much better quality than some more expensive products I have used.
