We ordered two electric sliding roof lights of which the products were fantastic, well built easy to install. We had a problem with the larger of the two, where the mechanic and the MD of the company came to the house and sorted out the problem. The service was excellent from ordering them to having them delivered. Nothing was too much trouble and the team are very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
Our architect recommended Duplus Architectural Systems for a roof lantern to fulfill requirements on our proposed building project. I telephoned the Roof light Division Manager at Duplus in Leicester who I must say was absolutely brilliant. Expert knowledge and so helpful. We ordered two lanterns and paid the deposit. Duplus more than met our expectations, and despite Leicester entering a second Corona virus lockdown fabricated and delivered promptly (less than a two week delay on planned delivery). Excellent. what more can I say. Our project was delayed at the start of building, and as a result the lanterns had been stored in the garden. But now, finally installed and look fantastic. Brilliant. Well done Duplus!! Would definitely recommend.

After many hours of research and numerous calls to various suppliers I came across Duplus. I knew after my first call that this company knew their product inside out. The service was excellent, lots of information and honest delivery times. Our roof lantern arrived exactly when promised, no issues whatsoever. The product itself was absolutely magnificent and was a dream to install. Top quality product and service to match.
I spoke with a number of similar companies and found that Gavin and the team gave the most competitive price and fantastic customer service. There was a shortage of glass during the order, but Gavin kept me up to date throughout. Would highly recommend Duplus. The glass fitted like a glove and looks amazing.

Excellent pre-sales and technical support from Gavin Helgeson for purchase of a bespoke modular rooflight 10 metres long with wall abutment on three sides. My lantern window looks stunning! Feels like there is almost nothing between you and the sky. Visitors comment how much they love it.Really glad I made this choice. I was buying during the lockdown so difficult to say what the experience would be in 'normal' times, but they made efforts to keep in touch with me, so expect it would be fine.

We had a 3.5m x 2m roof lantern. It comes as one so quite heavy (250kg). The up side is it is very easy to fit. Instructions for sizing the kerb are very clear. We ordered this just after the covid shutdown and had to chase a couple of times but can forgive this due to the circumstances.

During the lockdown period Gavin kept me fully informed of operations within the factory and when things got going again the delivery date was quickly confirmed and then bettered!. the actual rooflight is exactly what we were looking for with a sleek profile and not too much frame.
