WARNING PEOPLE YOU COULD BE OUT OFF POCKET £1300 like was I Did my tax claim with the DSR TAX CLAIMS and I had a fine because they did not send me the claim pack out in time, for a hundred pound, so I notified them they said sorry about that I paid it out of my own money as HMRC was asking for it. They sent a claim pack out I filled it in and sent it back and they asked for a signature I did that straightaway and sent it back within no time. I didn't hear anything for a while didn't know if that was normal or not then HMRC sent me a letter saying I owe them £1200 for late so I got in touch with DSR tax claims again and they told me I was so sorry about this, as a colleague has left that was dealing with my case and they will appeal it for me, after asking them a number of times when I would be getting my £1200 back as it is not my problem that they had filed it late. Soon after they sent me a letter to say they're going to disengage with me so they didn't have to deal with the £1200 fine which I felt so let down and thought was unprofessional I am now £1300 out of pocket and been left in the lurch.
