Having no experience whatsoever regards tax issues,I found them helpful but slow,I feel the company could maybe explain either by phone or email the procedure in a little more in-depth way,,more than one occasion I had to email or phone in regards to asking what was happening as I hadn’t heard nothing at times,but the response was quick and helpful,,it wasn’t to me as straight forward as it seemed mainly because I am not familiar with these dealings and think things could have gone a little quicker if I’d have known what I was expected to do in regards waiting for and sending of documentation from taxman,,all in all tho was a drawn out experience,I was quite happy overall with the service ,m boulter
