They kept me updated about the backordered item, and they always responded to my questions in a quick and professional manner. Best of all, they even offered to cancel my order, if I didn't want to wait for the item that got delayed once again by the vendor. Which wasn't even in their control, of course. So yes, I do recommend purchasing from them! (By the way, I decided to wait for my item, and I am glad I did because in the end, it showed up sooner than expected.)

The colors on the picture are way off. The gold is antique and the wood dark brown. But it's still a nice item so I decided to keep it.

Finally a company you can trust. They kept there word from day one. My shipment is being sent even earlier than expected. I ordered the same product from Colemen Furniture and eight weeks later I had to cancel my order. When I call DeamLivings the customer service was very trustworthy, and now I'm receiving my order before the promised date.

Excellent customer service! I had a somewhat complicated issue with a piece of furniture and the gentleman assisting me, Bohran, was very helpful, patient, and responsive. He handled my case with care and professionalism, and I am greatly appreciative of this.
There was an issue with the delivery where the table I ordered was damaged on route. In the end, DreamLivings went above and beyond to try and get the supplier to send a replacement in a timely manner. When that was not done, they communicated with us what the issues were and in the end provided us a refund. They were helpful throughout the whole process.
Order placed Oct 18th. Immediately asked if it was being drop shipped and to set my expectations and I would be very happy to wait. I was told Mid November so I waited and that passed. I emailed again twice, they checked with vendor and gave a firm November 25th to ship. I thought odd since that is a Sunday but continued order. Responses have been on the same day until this recent issue. Ive emailed daily since Monday the 26th with no response. Hmmm. I was up front and asked them to just be transparent with details and keep me in the loop, and now am upset with lack of response. I will update review as order progresses.
