Ordered furniture more than 5 weeks back, no update or order status, no one responds to emails, phone calls never gets answered, I feel I lost my $$$. I will keep trying. Very sad, and reviews here does not help.

I wasted 6 months dealing with them. I placed an order for a coffee table in May, took them a month to tell me that it won't arrive for another month. I asked to cancel then they changed their story and said they found another warehouse that had one they could ship. It took over a month to get it delivered and it came badly damaged. It took them another month to come pick up the damaged table then another month to tell me that they do not refund damaged items - store credit only. They tried to sell me on another item that was a completely different color because the one I ordered was on a 3 months back order. Finally I just reached out to my credit card company and they did an investigation under fraud protection and ruled in my favor. This company does not care about doing whats right, they just want your money. Be cautious before buying anything from them.

I have emailed multiple times with NO response after 5 WEEKS of waiting for a bartop table. The customer service number 800-200-0202 NOBODY answers, it is a complete joke! If anybody knows how to get ahold of this company please let me know how because at this point I believe they are a fraudulent company!

This is my second time shopping with Dreamlivings. What an incredible team. I spoke with Milan to place my order, and Glaiza processed my order. She has been the most diligent and attentive person I’ve dealt with. There was a slight delay, and every day she’s made sure to contact me, and bring me up to date. We just received our sectional, and we’re in love. Thank you, thank you Glaiza, and team you guys rock... :)))

Shipping time is unacceptable. I ordered a dining room table and chairs and a buffet in March. It is almost July and all items have not been received. I also ordered 2 nightstands; thinking they were on their way to be delivered. Almost a month later, I get notified they have been discontinued. Same deal with two more chairs that had been ordered. Dealing with this company has been so frustrating. The only bright spot was Glaiza, the person I dealt with through calls and emails. Glaiza was always kind and on the situation. Glaiza needs to take her expertise elsewhere.

I ordered may 8th 2019 and its end of june and they are telling me i should have it first or second week in july its cryz to wait this long and i still dont know if they are going to be in perfect condition once i recieve them what can i say i would never order again :-(

They send me a damage chair and they said it would take time for them response because this manufacturer has a slow process. That they will give me a discount if I want to but if I want to buy a damage item I can buy it at a second hand store. I will never buy from Dreamlivings . Think before you purchase anything from this side .

Worth the wait! I waited so long for these chairs to arrive,and I was so excited when they did, and I was not disappointed. They look and feel amazing. And they are so very comfortable. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend. Dreamlivings was by far the cheapest site for these chairs (they are offered on high fashion homes for more than $100 more than dreamlivings). I ordered them in April, they came in late June (but I expected that, they were very upfront about it). I was worried about the comfort, but the sales person I called told me this is their best selling chair, and he has one in his office, and convinced me it was comfortable. And it is. This is my proudest purchase in years! Strongly recommended

Customer service staff was great. Chairs arrived a bit damaged. I ordered 6 chairs and 3 chairs were slightly damaged. The handle at the back was not painted properly. 1 chair the handle was installed on an angle.

I gave them 4 stars only because of the long delivery time, 13 days. The pieces arrived securely packaged and were exactly as pictured. It is a lacquered piece and looks very high end. Warning, they are a bit on the heavy side, so get your furniture sliders out or help to move them in place. Everyone that has seen them loves them. I am using them as nightstands. Customer service was also very responsive to my inquiries.

My wife and I were looking for a small room chair, and we must have looked at 100 places. We finally found their Bethany chair, and it was just right. It was shipped yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier. Milan helped us rush the delivery because we’re having a house warming for my brother, and they went above an beyond to get this to us in time. It great to see great customer service, and companies that really give that extra push to create a wonderful experience. Love the chairs and we’ll be back for more in the future!

UPDATE: After I submitted my inquiry to their customer support email, I received a call back within a few hours. I spoke to one of the managers who was very apologetic and explained some of the issues that they are experiencing with the product supplier. He gave me an updated ship date that he had received from them and offered up some solutions to make it right for me. Working in the customer service industry myself, I understand the position they are in and I really appreciate the fact that they promptly responded with an update and a solution. ORIGINAL POST: I ordered an item back in February. They called after I placed the order to say that the item was not in stock with the supplier and it wouldn’t ship until May. They offered to change out the product for another one, however I was not in a rush. I foolishly said that I would wait until May. Well, May came around and I asked for an update. They responded back promptly saying that they will reach out to the supplier and send me a tracking # when it ships out. May has now come and gone, and we are halfway into June. Still haven’t received a tracking # and asked for another update today. We’ll see what the response is. My advice is to go spend your money elsewhere.

The order confirmation did not include an expected date of delivery. Each time I called, they said it had been shipped and was waiting to be delivered in a few days. This process went on for months! I began to wonder if the business was not legit. Then it was finally delivered, again, with no communication telling me to expect the delivery.

Said 2-5 days to ship, then said out of stock. I asked to cancel the order and was told it will Be cancelled. Now 16 days later they are shipping something I asked to cancel.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I’ve been waiting for over a month now and I have yet received ANY notification whatsoever. This company is so FAKE. I have left countless messages and emails and not one single response.
