I'd highly recommend Mo Kanso, Lettings Manager of Daker Lettings Notting Hill and Bayswater. He is highly professional, efficient, courteous, and very kind. Within a week of engaging with Mo, he managed to find me a very good tenant for my flat in Bayswater / Queensway, and this was within the lockdown period. He kept good communication throughout, reminded me of all the required documents and the tenants loved him as well. He took the extra effort to help me move stuff to the storage since it became difficult to get a taxi in this period. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had a problem with my heating in the flat. Just after letting my lovely agent Victoria Rhoades-Brown about this issue, she came back to me with a solution in half an hour! That’s what I call professionalism, really impressed.

Sadly we had a very unfortunate experience with Draker Lettings (Fulham branch). We were led to believe that a leak had been fixed, however later found out that it was a lot more severe than what had been discussed. We felt that communication was poor and that Drakers didn’t reveal the reality of the situation we were getting into.
