I approached Draker Lettings as a result of a mailshot offering letting with no commission for an initial promotion period. Assuming this to be something of a gimmick I had few expectations of achieving a rental as a landlord, attractive as the deal appeared coming from a background of getting something for nothing didn’t exist in my book. Well how wrong I was. Mo the manager of the relatively newly formed team for Bayswater and Notting Hill could not have been more attentive and informed and along with his colleague Sam were very encouraging about the prospects for finding a tenant, their enthusiasm was palatable despite the ground floor being divided up at the time with a partition for Covid control purposes and taking on a rental that had construction work continuing in the basement post-commencement. They could see through all that unlike subsequent viewers. Sam wanted to be a lodger in the guest bedroom with its own terrace, steam room and library on the 2nd floor. Subsequently Jordan attended viewings who is such an agreeable chap. The agent / landlord relationship is so vital and Draker Lettings ticked all the boxes in this regard. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And yes you guessed they found the tenant in a 3 week period for our 5 bedroom house out of 5 other agents being commissioned. Praise indeed! Subsequently they have been very attentive to details and the Rental Agreement from viewing to signing was achieved in 2 days and that includes a Sunday.

Sam Meadows made the experience of finding a flat so easy and comfortable. He took the time to understand what we needed and wanted in a flat, kept us well-informed, and didn't push us into making any on-the-spot decisions. We were also searching for a place while one of us was out of the country, which made things more difficult, but Sam again understood this and made the effort to ensure she still felt she could contact him with any questions. Overall a lovely experience, would definitely recommend Draker's and Sam specifically if you're looking for a place!

This is a review of the property manager Victoria Rhodes Brown. the position of property manager is very hard as it normally entails dealing with complaints and frustration.Victoria has been exemplary in her service to us. She answers all requests professionally and courteously, she returns calls when she says she will , she ensures that the relevant contractor is on time and finishes the assignment. I would recomend her to anyone . i just hope i do not have to call her again!!

From the very beginning, our agent Sam Meadows made me feel completely comfortable and showed a keen interest in finding properties that actually matched our needs and budgets, and made the entire experience a breeze. I never felt pressured to make any decisions we weren't ready for and felt really well informed. He also went to the effort of remembering all of our names, including my flatmate that was in Dubai at the time. Sam's gentle attitude was part of the reason I felt confident in placing an offer on a property he showed us, as many other agencies were overly pushy which put me off massively. Overall a lovely experience.
