Personal service, going the extra mile, available when you need them with great advice. The team are professional and really good at what they do! As a landlord you want a quick turnaround, reliability, and good communication. Trust is huge and they do not disappoint. As a tenant you want a team who listen, help get things moving first time round and assist when you need them. Transparent and easy process to follow, that works around your needs - remote, digital they have it! Want to let with tenants and sell insitu? Speak to them. Fantastic service by Jack Welstead at Draker. Finding the 'right' flat is hard, but Jack made the process very smooth. He was diligent and attentive when it came to preferences, and arranged lots of choice. I found him very pleasant to deal with, and not pushy at all.
