It looked like a good agency but unfortunately the moment we got the apartment and transferred the money, it all went downhill. It is unclear if Draker Lettings as a whole is unreliable and an agency that leaves a lot to be desired or if we simply had bad luck with the agents we were assigned. A month in and, amongst other things such as a poor cleaning, we are still waiting for the number of broken items to be fixed, which were identified before our let began (Draker manages the property for the landlord).
Kimmy Yousefi is by far one of your most valuable agents. I cannot express how pleased I am with her efforts to meet our demands and standards, whilst we have been looking for our desired property. Jordana Grant was a pleasure to work with. Although I did not sign with Draker, Jordana devoted utmost care and effort to showing me as many flat options as possible with transparency throughout the whole process. At every opportunity Jordana was quick to react to my needs and preferences, while informing me of the UK rental process as I am a US citizen and our procedures are quite different.
