AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Mo is probably one of the most unprofessional, rude and straight up incompetent agents we have ever met! Not only was he rude to us, but they wasted 7 days of our time. This fool, asked us for the deeds to our residential property', and we provided this, even though if he wanted it, he should have done his job as an agent and got it himself. But ask yourself, what sort of an agent asks for deeds to your properties just as a reference to rent a property in London? none! We provided proof of the substantial cash savings and millions in property owned. But he kept messing us around everyday, asking us for more and more documentation, all of which was provided. He ILLEGALLY sent us an assured shorthold tenancy agreement and told us that the landlord would hold the deposit and not the DPS and I had to point this out and let him know it had to be a non assured shorthold tenancy agreement. I had to do his job for him. At the end we decided to pull out, as he was wasting so much of our time and we needed to move into a rental property quickly. This guy is a crook and so to his company. (i would love to attach the proof if truspilot would let me)

Excellent service! Jordana Grant was exceptional and made the process very quick and smooth. She was greatly available for any questions and clarifications. My rental experience was very positive. Also, the agency offers an online payment method that is linked directly to banks and allows you to make prompt transfers for deposits.
Excellent service throughout. Right from the initial viewing through to the signing of the agreement and finally moving in. Will went above and beyond. Communication was straightforward and he was always quick to respond and flexible when needed.

Fantastic service from Mitchell McKnight and the team at Draker Lettings. In very difficult circumstances he never gave up and we finally got the service from a third party that we required. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. That's why I have used Draker Lettings for the past 6 years.
