An item I bought upset my little dog: the questionnaire relating to my request for a refund was ridiculously long and personal, I was not able to complete it. It is almost as if you didn't believe me when I said the tablets made my dog sick. I am not pleased at all.
I was able to call at your premises, meet the team (and their dogs) and discuss in person my particular requirements for one of my dogs who has IBD. No pressurised sales pitch, just sound advice and genuine concern for my dog’s well being. Nigel.

Great staff.. great products.. holistic and natural products.... We are seeing overweight and sick humans... Our beautiful animals are following suit... It's called 'modern' day processed plastcised foods... Totally unnatural.... Going back to basics and TRUE foods is best and animals out in the wild instinctively know what to go for.... Dogs are omnivore so will pick out herbages to help them and Processed denies that.... Thank goodness for Dorwest and their helpful team. Thank you. Xxx
Arrived very quickly and as usual with Dorwest Herbs excellent product.
This is a very effective product in terms of reducing anxiety and stress in dogs. I am using it with my rescue puppy who is nervous of strangers and it was perfect for our recent vets visit.
