The whole ordering process is so easy
I placed the order between Christmas and new year, the info said that orders wouldn't be sent until the new year but the amazingly efficient staff sent out the order very promptly within a couple of days . Sadly in this time my dog deteriorated quickly & died. I was unable to stop the order being sent but emailed the office. I had a lovely reply, returned the product & received a prompt refund. A very efficient, considerate company.
I placed the order during the closed festive period and once the Dorwest staff were back they porcessed it and sent the order out. What more could you ask? Always a simple and straight forward transaction with no fuss. As Monsieur Alfonse would say.... "swiftly and with style". :-)
