Fantastic knowledge and service! Can’t recommend Dorwest enough. I use a few of their products to help out golden oldie with her various ailments and she is definitely a lot better for it!
I had answers very quickly and they were honest about the problem and offered to remedy it without prompting. They stayed in touch when there was a temporary glitch in the supply chain but came through with all they promised and more.
Actually I received the wrong order which had some of the items I ordered and some I had not . When I called and the company answered the call immediately with a friendly person who resolved the issue and let me keep the extra items which were sent mistakenly. They then send the correct items which arrived the next day.
