We needed some advice with regard to fitting interior bi-folds. Steve gave us the information we needed and then followed this up a few days later with full fitting instructions plus some helpful hints. Our order arrived within a few days direct from LPD doors and earlier than the time slot given. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful, checking the doors for damage and placing them where we wanted them. Another good ambassador for his company. Answered the phone each time within a few rings, with a very knowledgeable sales man, that helped to make sure i had every item i needed for the 9 doors i was buying,had all items in stock and delivered in 3 days good old fashioned true service..very rare these days . after nearly ordering from a couple of other places only to ring and was hanging on 40 mins decided to read reviews luckily..i tried a few all had bad reviews...so lucky to have found this company and will be using again ..
Good quality door, good delivery
I had 9 doors delivered. The first door I hung did not fit the frame very well. In checking the frame found it to be correct. But checking the door, found it to be bowed by about 3mm casing the door not to fit as well as I would have liked.This was the 33in fire rated 44mm door. Still in the process of hanging the others. I have not at this time followed this up, so I don't know how this sutuation would have been dealt with.

Delivery was good and the driver was very helpful in bringing the doors inside. Their overall condition appeared good. Once unwrapped l soon realised some flaws. Too late to do anything because l needed them up. My advice would be to ask the delivery driver to wait whole you unwrap the door then if they're flawed to ask the driver to take them back.
