Great from start to finish. Fast delivery , driver very courteous. Apologised as the delivery van broke down the day before delivery due, so delivery rescheduled for the day after. Spoke to customer services very prompt reply and helpful informing me where I was on delivery schedule and approximate time of delivery. Received at 7:15am so very happy. Quality of door was so much better than I anticipated, even the carpenter was impressed with the quality. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Brilliant company - at least as good as Amazon when it comes to customer service. I judge a company by how it reacts when things go wrong and I made 2 big mistakes when ordering. Doorstoyou corrected both mistakes without fuss. I ordered doors that were too narrow and the company phoned me to double check because I had given a different size when speaking to them on the phone. Then, based on a mistake by my builder, it turned out that the "corrected" measurements were also wrong but by then the doors had been delivered. Doorstoyou replaced the doors without a fuss and charged a very reasonable restocking fee. The new doors look fantastic. I don't hesitate to recommend.

Really great company. One item I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer so they offered me an alternative, more expensive door at the same price as the one I ordered. Will definitely use again.
