I ordered a lock. I chased a couple of weeks later to see when I would see it and was I told it was going to be delivered tomorrow. A few hours later I had a call to say it was obsolete and I was not going to get it. I told my client I should have it in a day or two. I’ve been made to look very stupid! Not happy

It was DED that suggested a current PSU that should be compatible with the old system. Product knowledge is at least as good as Manufacturer technical and much better than their Sales who sent me on a wild goose chase for an item OOP & OOS. Ordering, payment, delivery and order tracking was efficient effective and well worth advising colleagues about. It was all undertaken politely in good humour with a " can do attitude ". Thank you.
