I needed technical information. My experience was the company responded with lightening speed. I was e-mailed wiring information. As well as their best guess about connections to 3rd party boards. I had, I think in total four separate inquiries. ( not on the same day). Not one went past the same day to respond. Once within 30 min. Would I deal with this company again. Absolutely. By the way I am in the EU they are outside the EU. ( A whole lot of other problems, not for them for me.)
