The part came within a couple of days. I gave it a 4 star because there was no direction sheet in the box with regard to the wiring. This is something we needed because the wiring in my old one had snapped off, meaning we are still unsure.

Very good service and a quick delivery
Ordered 3 items back in November. Was then emailed saying they didn't actually have all the items I ordered in stock (why advertise items on your website and take my money when you don't even have them in stock), so I would have to wait 4 weeks or I could receive the order in multiple deliveries. I chose to have them deliver the items in multiple deliveries. First item arrived after a few weeks waiting. I waited another 2-3 weeks for the second delivery to arrive with the remaining two items. One was missing. I emailed them saying they still have not sent me my last item. They raised a dispute with DPD claiming that they definitely sent it. DPD then phoned me asking questions and then that was it. I have not heard anything for weeks now. Its now near the end of January and I still don't have my full order. Just over 3 months of waiting for my stuff to get the entry system sorted to my flat. This company are an absolute shambles, DO NOT order from them.
