This company was not to bad at first impression, until I needed to make a urgent purchase and dislocate at there facilities. I hade a 2 items to return and I was asked to fill one individual forms for each item (wasting my time and a paper unnecessarily). Then I wanted also purchase other items. I was "kindly" asked to place order online and also "kindly" was "kicked" out of facilities, made me wait outside, in horrible weather condition. I was only customer inside, wearing face covering and was not breaching COVID19 rules at any sense
