I signed up for a 1 month plan, however they charge my account every month and refuse to refund money! They are a SCAM!

They continue to try their fraudulent tactics, and instead of a refund for the services i purchased but cannot access - they give a link to a useless ai-generated pdf file that has no relevance to the video content i paid for. I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND AND AM REPORTING THIS SCAM OF A "BUSINESS"

They still have the audacity to deny that their "service" is a complete scam. READ YOUR REVIEWS ON TMYOUR OWN FB PAGE AND EVERYWHERE YOU ADVERTISING. DISGRACEFUL AND PATHETIC! They take 20 pounds, and then deny access to any materials you paid for, nothing downloadable. Then they try to steal money by taking unauthorised further monthly payments of 50 pounds!!! No advance notice, option to cancel or even warning. They try to confuse buyers at the stage of payment and then claim they made it clear all along they weregoing to keep stealing from you! Compleate scam and fraud.

Worst customer service EVER! Do not use this program. They will take your money and provide you with ZERO services and then refuse to refund. DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM

Absolute scam. Bought a 3 month trial for dog obedience training. Training Video is not clear as seems doing a dubbed over. Company now charged me £79.99 as apparently i subscribed to it. I did not! I have asked for a refund but Audrey thinks I am not entitled to. Please avoid this scam

After promising advertising, the programme is a huge disappointment. There are no dog exercises. There is a lady standing and just talking theory. There is no subtitles to it and voice is artificial. It is a complete scam.

Do not sign with this company they take unauthorised payments out once they have details….this has not just happened to me but hundreds of others also

SCAM stealing money after you purchase a course and then taking £50 a month without your permission and no one is getting back to me. AVOID.. the course was horrendous. To reply to your bogus claims.. I never signed up to a subscription I bought a one off £20 course and then you signed me up to a subscription. You have since refunded me the £49.99 as you admitted fault. - absolute scammers

Just started and some really interesting points

You can tell the positive reviews are false. Set up by the company and the only comments responded to. If you wanted to resolve issues you'd respond to the negative comments. Clearly a scheme.

Cancelled, took my money and won’t credit. STAY AWAY!

If i could give a zero i would. This charge showed up on my card. Had no idea what this was on my card. I emailed them once I found another charge 6 months ago. I emailed them about not knowing what the charge was. Advised Id like a refund.. was told i could. Ot get one unless i followed their program. I told them I never got any info about this as I was not familiar with their company. Stay away from this company at all costs. My paypal says it came from Facebook. ???

I signed up for the Dog Obedience Training Plan to begin working with my dogs. The videos are terrible. They have a voice over that doesn't line up with what the trainer is saying. You cannot hear the trainer at all which makes understanding the training incredibly difficult. I contacted them the same day for a refund and they are refusing to refund my money until I can demonstrate that I have used the videos to train my dogs for 7 days. I find this rather comical since the videos are incredibly difficult to use.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They signed me up to a subscription- they didn't send me any emails warning me of future payment coming from my account and they're refusing to let me cancel. I've repeatedly explained my situation to their 'customer service' -they've been so unhelpful and uncaring. Do not believe the marketing- they don't care about you or your dog. I've had to beg my bank to stop any future payments.

Scammed out of 49.99 - no warning just the subscription renewed

Pity I can’t give a zero star. £49.99 down the pan as, same as almost everyone else I hadn’t seen the automatic plan setup. Rubbish videos, you fall asleep from the boring voice droning on and on with hardly any demonstrations or action Company communication was good, just refused a refund as I hadn’t watched 7 consecutive days of videos and it was 31 days since I paid for the trial and refunds were only available for 30. I guess that’s why they wait 31 days to collect the first payment After two emails, all on the same day, I have been issued a refund. I still think it’s wrong the way it was taken in the first place, but would like to commend them on their communication and quickly settling the dispute with a refund.

Having paid I had no email giving instructions or confirming the payment, so I entered the name into Google and found the reviews. Most were not good at all. I straight away went on PayPal and cancelled the automatic payment. Then I wrote to the company saying I wished to cancel and could I have a refund please. A few hours later I received a refund. The drop down menu for help didn't work on the site and it was difficult to find customer service. I used the information from the PayPal site to reach them. They obviously want to make it hard for people. Not a good company, beware. In their favour, I wrote within minutes and they refunded the money.

Update, Doggy plan have been back in touch, and refunded the money, customer services have been a lot better. They are trying to fix issues. Signed up for the trial, did not like thought I had cancelled wasn’t until they took £79.99 out of my bank. Was not what I expected better resources out there. Communication with this company is not easy. I would really think twice before signing up for anything.

I've only watched the first 2 videos . I like it so far and look forward to Watching the rest of the videos
