I have made multiple orders of incense, incense burners and fragrance oils from DMRLS. Each time, they've arrived promptly and *extremely well packaged*. A lot of care has been taken - there's even been a note to say the lid of the burner is loose so you know to open it carefully and not drop it! Sometimes there's even been a little surprise gift like a box of incense included and always a note to thank you for the order. Also, I once sought advice on a burner and got a really useful reply back - tailored specifically to my issue rather than a generic link. I couldn't recommend DMRLS highly enough and only wish I was able to do ALL my shopping with them! If you are a small business or in customer service industry take note. This is how it should be done.

I love my products! Service was quick and easy, and I received my package quite quick. My products came in a very sturdy box (which I will definitely be reusing!), along with a hand written note. The owner replaced an incense that I did not like with no problem also. Will definitely be reusing this website again!

First time buying incense online and it’s been a breeze. Jane from DMRLS is a lovely woman who packages orders really well. Excellent quick service, very secure packaging for fragile item and loved the personal service touch via a small thank you card in the box. Found on ebay but when googling noticed they did a lovely purple pentogram soapstone incense burner on their website direct only so ordered via that, wouldnt hesitate to order again, quality items quality service x
