The packaging on the item was superb, normally things arrive with fingers or tongues broken off but this was packaged so well. Fantastic service and good quality goods

After searching high and low across Glastonbury town and all my known outlets of incence I finally came across my wife's favorite on line at DMRLS. I posted a message in the little enquiries box fearing my words were to be lost in the depths of the Internet but within minutes I'd received a reply from Jane explaining the was a shortage of some popular varieties of incence sticks but she was willing to fulfill my request by making changes to the ordering system(for a short time only) to allow me to purchase the amount I wanted in one order rather than two, even pointing out I was eligible for a discount as a new customer! My package arrived very well wrapped, fully sealed in order to not loose any of the scent, I'd pointed out it was a birthday present and my wife had no idea until she opened the package. I stumbled upon a little gem of an outlet that is DMRLS Wellbeing, friendly accommodating and full of lovelyness.

What a wonderful company to buy from. The owner called me personally to offer me an alternative to gifts I had ordered. Unfortunately one was slightly damaged, but she put that in the order too so I could use it at home for myself. So lovely to have that personal touch and would highly recommend.
