I ordered one of nearly everything on their website after coming across them when browsing for smoke bundles. Jane from their customer service emailed me to inform me that I had accidentally bought two of the same thing, and gave me an option to pick something else. I said I was happy having anything she liked the look of - she picked me an amazing bundle that is a mix of four different herbs. She gave me some beautiful smelling incense as a gift too. She also labelled and packaged everything for me, meaning I didn't get muddled when opening the box up. The products themselves are amazing, probably the best quality bundles I've ever had - and they're all ethically sourced which makes them even better. Really great communication and wonderful customer service, you also can't beat the price! I can't recommend them enough and I know I'll be back when I run out - which might be a while!
