I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service and lack of willingness to resolve an outstanding debt. I ordered an Opus Quad back in April which was not received and hence cancelled the order. After chasing many times for the refund, it was finally paid via PayPal despite paying by debit card. The refund was later withdrawn by DJKit citing goods not received. I am now left with a debt of £2,913 for which I am receiving daily emails and calls to pay. This is completely not acceptable.
Can’t beat the service and always very helpful! This particular occasion, I had an issue with my deliver (possibly caused by myself) and they were very helpful!
