The actual controller is spot on, the issue is the deck saver doesn’t fit so I have the ache of returning it and waiting for a replacement which is not what I would expect after spending over £2k

Website said item was in stock and dispatched next day and they emailed to say it had been dispatched. It had not. It was dispatched 24 hours later when i hadn't had the day off. Immediate refund but waste of my time.

DJKit are great friendly staff delivery’s on time items arrive well packaged, collecting is easy parking right outside there new unit is much easier compared to when they were closer to the town centre a few years back i had been purchasing dj equipment from them for the past 18 years give or take with no issues or problems. However my very recent attempt to purchase two speakers was not, DJKit were fantastic in price matching the speaker’s were now almost 120 quid cheaper great fantastic over the moon but while clicking on the finance option to go forward with application it was having none of it, would of been no issue if I was to purchase outright though after speaking to DJKit twice on the phone they informed me the finance part of it would not work with price promise matching!? I was instructed to purchase at there normal price and DJKit we’re going to instruct the finance company after delivery to compensate the difference a lot of time wasted which was supposed to be a clear transaction. Once again would of been ok if purchased outright with no finance ect DJKit did try and help but I feel the new finance company has made my purchase impossible with DJKit
