We really are grateful for everything she did for us when we met her first time in Oct 2023. And finally we can move into the new home in March 2024. She is kind to tell us all information regarding the renting procedure in UK that make us impressed. She took the time to let us to tell our requirements and preferences, particularly for our children, and she kept in finding properties to match our need. Throughout the process, she kept to update us the status with guidance and advice. Her knowledge let us to settle here without stress. We have recently marketed and rented a property through DJ Alexander Glasgow.Their service has been excellent and they helped with the process of liaising with the new tenants when the CH failed just before the moving in date. Their marketing of the property has been professional and myself and my wife feel that they listened to us throughout this process. I feel that this has been helped by having a Paige as my client contact keeping me informed all the way. Conor who was our initial new business manager led us through the service and has been a listening ear whenever we had any questions. We live remotely from the flat so having some approachable and easily contactable has been important.

I had a pleasant experience using DJ Alexander while looking for properties as a tenant. Kieran Mooney was great, he was friendly, and patient and answered my questions in person and via email.

Very poor communication. Ignoring raised issues with the flat. We have no hot water in the shower and it has been 4.5 weeks now. Nothing has been done.

Our experience was absolutely lovely. We were met with Gemma Louise, who was so welcoming, kind and accommodating. All our questions were answered in detail, she even went above and beyond and gave us some extra tips and advice. It was a very good experience overall.
