I will never ever for as long as I live order ANYTHING else from Discount Computer Depot. I originally placed my order on April 24, 2020 for Dell Optiplex Windows 10 Desktop with dual 22” monitors. I received a confirmation email for my purchase. I checked the site daily to see if my computer had been shipped. On Wednesday April 29, 2020 it showed shipped, no email was sent with tracking information. I used the chat feature on their website to ask about the tracking number. They were unable to provide me with the tracking number. The next day April 30, 2020 they were able to provide me with the tracking number via the chat feature. I received the computer on May 4, 2020 which was perfect because I was to begin work from home beginning May 5, 2020. I open the box and there is only 1 monitor. I called the help desk and was advised I would not be able to even use the computer with one monitor. The representative said he would ship the monitor that day and issue me a partial refund ($26). He said I would receive emails in regards to this. Well, I never received any emails so I continually called and used the chat feature to find out tracking info. I was told there was no tracking info for 2 days. On Wednesday May 6th I was told the item had not shipped out. I was livid at this point. No one had an explanation as to why but they did finally ship it on Wed. Once again I had to call to get tracking info on Thur. I finally received the dual monitors on May 11, 2020. Guess what? They did not include the cords necessary for me to connect the dual monitors to the computer. The representative suggested I go out and buy cords with another partial refund ($20). The cords with shipping would cost me more than 20 bucks. I called them back and asked them to send me the cords. As of today, I still do not have the cords necessary to even use the computer. Their customer service is awful. They banned me from using the chat feature. I left voicemails for a supervisor to contact me, which never happened. I have not been able to work for over a week and apparently they could care less.

Complete lack of communication. Received my product but had an issue. Customer service just asks you to leave a message but the never call back. When you email you get an email back stating that your ticket has been resolved but no action has been taken. When you fill out the online form you never receive any response. It's not like we want to return the computer,we just want to get the assistance we paid for. 1 year warranty and they don't help you! BBB should get involved.

As many others stated, my PC order was missing all the cords, mouse, wifi adapter etc. I have been trying for weeks to contact them and have my items sent to me. No response at all. Im not usually one to complain as I understand people make mistakes but this is beyond a mistake now.

Avoid this company. “refurbished” for them means some faulty or used item, boxed up without even being wiped down, and sent off. I bought a dual monitor computer and it arrived without the monitors and most of the cords and necessary equipment. It took forever to speak to someone. Most of the time the phone just rings, but to where? Lame email support. They finally sent me a set of monitors and all of the other stuff they were supposed to send but guess what? Wrong monitors and wrong cords and not even the advertised splitter! It is absolutely ridiculous. The quality is what you would get at a yard sale. Dirty, arrived with fingerprints and dust and scratched all over. Waste of money. Don’t gamble. There is no free lunch here. A bargain from these guys is actually just a rip off.

Computer automatically restarts every 10 min. Tried to contact them several times to see if we can repair the computer.Unable to get ahold of them via email or phone. It was a good deal but buyer beware you get what you pay for. At this point not even worth the effort to try and return the system to them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND GET SOMETHING THAT WORKS.

Having the worst experience unable to start work because of their mistake and lack of communication! This is ridiculous I didn’t receive what I purchased and just really want my money back at this point to shop else where.

I'm pretty disappointed in the company... you post items on your website that you don't have in stock but you send out shipping emails that my order is on it's way!!!!! So I had to cancel my order and buy from another company

Disappointed in the communication regarding the delayed shipping on my order. There are no updates and I have only gotten one response from customer service about my order. While I understand there may be delays at the moment, I would just like to kept in the loop on how long it is going to take for me to receive my order.

Prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I ordered a desktop computer on March 18. On March 19, I received a shipping notification and tracking number that my order would be delivered on March 21. It finally arrived on March 27, but was missing half of the listed items (mouse, power cords, and wi-fi adapter). After multiple emails and phone calls, we finally were able to get those items shipped. We never received a tracking number (had to call back and ask) and once again, it says it's shipped, but the tracking shows no movement. Who knows when (or if) these items will arrive. I purchased this to do online learning due to the COVID issues, and so far, haven't been able to use it. The 30 day warranty will be expired before we can even turn on the computer. Highly disappointing. I was going to wait to review until we actually used the machine, but I'm wondering if that will even happen.

I was sent two monitors both of which display so badly that they are unusable. When I asked them to send usable monitors, they said they couldn’t. Said they would refund but have not received a refund after a week. Very disappointed and a waste of my time.

I did not receive everything that supposed to come with the computer I ordered. I need to be reasy to use this by Monday and now I have to go searching for a keyboard. Spending extra money I wasn't planning on spending.

Worst experience with online order ever. you put some weird address that I never live at and the billing address did not match you pulled the money from my account even after I told you the address to ship to was wrong. and I'm still waiting for resolution of the ordeal will not use your company in the future.

My online experience was wonderful! However their customer service sucks! I ordered a computer and forgot to put insurance I called in and asked to do it and they refused I haven't even gotten the computer yet so we'll see what happens next with that
