I purchased a simple, domestic security system of 4 network cameras and a Network Video Recorder and I have very little knowledge of network configuration. Ordered upgraded camera to replace existing, customer support confirmed it would fit my existing base plate. Tech support (at my request) upgraded the DVR firmware and also assisted with the setup of the new camera. I use this company because of the quality of the products, manuals and customer tech support.

Purchase of alarm system - Searched far and wide to find an alarm system that would offer or better the original one I purchased many years ago from a well know DIY store. I struggled - that is until I spoke with DDS - who offered me their system - made by a company called AJAX. I found that DDS actually were full conversant with the system both at sales and after support. They were very professional and patient. I purchased the system and must admit its very good for my needs. Only on two occasions have I called support and in the a few mins they offered excellent guidance and solution. I must say that the shopping with them was a great experience and cannot offer any more may be 5*+
