The driver was on time, and the ride into the city was fine. However, they kept changing the base fair, and the driver tacked on every additional charge, including tolls (we took the 59th Street Bridge and paid no tolls). When everything is already so expensive I would prefer to give my business to a company that has respect for the customer and is honorable in their charges.
