Have had 3 custom commercial setups completed by Dipacci in the last 10 years. Always professional and quality from supply, installation and servicing. Any issues have always been promptly attended to. Reliable machines and tech team. Have also purchased numerous home machines, ECM's, Expobar's and my latest LaMarzocco that just arrived in November. Michael has well and truely surpassed every benchmark for what a home coffee experience should be. Extremely knowledgeable, yet also practical and realistic. It only takes a simple phone call to know what a truely passionate gentleman you're doing business with.
Don't trust this company with your money. Dipacci shipped a coffee grinder that was broken on arrival, then completely failed to resolve it. My purchase came with months of persistant hassle and additional costs. Michael@dipacci, the company director makes it instantly clear you are a problem getting in the way of his dream of millions. This company has an .nz website. Know that you are buying ex .AU... with long shipping times... possibly they don't even have the product in stock waits. After months of BS communication, they fobbed me off to their product importer who at least had a customer service team to talk with.. however ineffective. I ended up dealing directly with the grinder maker who shipped me a new unit that worked, collecting the old at their cost. 2 months of hassle calls and emails, additional courier fees and the aggravation of dealing with an arrogant arse. Use my loss to save yourself. Shop elsewhere.
Sold me a dodgy coffee machine now refuses to refund the money, insists on half value store credit to buy another faulty machine. Their director Michel thinks he's a smart scammer but scammers always get caught out
They emailed this after I placed order: [This is Moosa from Dipacci, thanks for your cleaning products order, we are shipping from Sydney, Australia, via DHL, You paid $30 for shipping but when we checked with DHL it really cost us $110, is it ok with you to cover the balance $80. Please let me know. Thanks Moosa] Such a dishonest company, mis-calculation of the shipping fee is their problem not ours, but they want the customer to pay for their mistake. Don't buy from them.
I bought several items via the online store. All items were shown as "in stock and ready to ship". After a week of silence, I contacted them and was told they no longer sell any Cafalet tampers and they have been meaning to remove them from the website. They then shipped their inferior Precision brand of tamper as an alternative. After 3 weeks they still have not updated their website to remove the Cafalet tampers. Avoid.
I bought my Niche Zero grinder from these guys a few years ago. Still going string and working as expected. Even though I was interstate, Di Pacci where very helpful on the phone and happy to answer Qs and give advice. Purchase was seamless and extremely happy.
I recently bought a Lelit Kate PL82T for home and I received absolutely outstanding service, these guys are accommodating , helpful and great communicators. In my case , shipping to NZ was speedy and the machine came dialled in ready to deliver a great coffee. I highly recommend them !!

One of their team answered in 10 minutes early in the morning and recommended a contact near me. He was amazing and only as they rate Dipacci so highly. I rate them just as highly, thank you for great service.
I recently purchased a Niche Zero grinder from the Thomastown store. The young person temporarily managing the store (Talei) was outstanding. Great product knowledge with a genuine interest and passion around coffee. I am retired and find very few younger shop staff demonstrate the patience and non-pushy commercial accumen diplayed by Talei. I left the store knowing I had probably been "upsold", however I now know I purchased the right product for me. In hindsight I would have been unhappy if I had purchased the product I initially went into the store to buy. Highly recommend
I bought a replacement Rancilio Silvia about 18 months ago in the depths of the 2020 Melbourne lockdowns (see my review above). My machine stopped working recently. It was well past the 12 month standard warranty period. It can be a slightly uncomfortable proposition contacting a supplier when a product stops working at that point. Fortunato (in the Thomastown, Victoria, branch) was fantastic. After looking at the machine on the spot when I brought it out, he found that the motherboard had burnt out (yep, the newer Silvia's have a motherboard as part of auto-switch-off functionality). Fortunato went into bat for me with the supplier (I was there when he called) and the supplier willingly came to the party. Another board was sent out and installed for $80, including labour. I will be back for sure! Well done!
Called their customer service to ask about a particular espresso machine model I was very interested in. The guy who called back was impatient and sarcastic. Didn't even introduce himself. Sorry but you lost me there. Espresso machines don't come cheap and i would expect there to be some level of care when handling customer
Michael at Di Pacci Coffee Company has set the bar for customer service. He looked after me gave me great advice and a great price. Picked up my order the next day in Melbourne and got even more service from Fortunato. They have an impressive range online highly recommend in store as well!
Manager refused to provide official receipt for coffee machine service after monies were paid. High charges for coffee machine service. This company is overrated and observed deceptive conduct through my dealings. Beware!!!!
