a painful experience. I am happy with the finished product (Company Logo), but the process to get their was very difficult. The communication back and forth was difficult and I felt like I had to repeat myself several times to get what I wanted. The thing that really ruined the experience for me was after I had settle on a final design and I asked for the final logo files to be delivered to me I was contacted by a Representative of Design Proficient that claimed I had to pay an additional $350 to copy-write and protect my new design. I declined to do that, but he was adamant that this was not an optional service, but required in order to receive my new logo. It was only after I asked for my money back (referring to their 100% money back guarantee) that he give up and then they delivered my logo files to me. It was a very high pressure up-sale and I was not happy with it at all. Because of that experience I will never use this service again. Update: After writing this review I was contacted by a "Brand Reputation Manager" of Design Proficient and he offered to take a couple different measures to increase my customer satisfaction. He offered to give me the copy-write to my new logo for free to make it up to me, so that was nice. So know it was a little better experience overall because of their customer service after the sale.

I have to say I am very pleased with all the work that DP has completed for me. They really bring an incredible amount of value to the table & my PM, Richard Wilson, has been fantastic. I can be difficult to please at times and I am incredibly particular about everything related to my business as my clients demand the best. That said, DP has been incredibly patient. I was originally told my logo design would be ready in 48 hours. It took over 100 before I got my first proof. I built my own logo and just wanted it touched up. I would then go 48 hours+ before I would get responses. After 12 days, I agreed to the logo although it wasn't much different from the design I originally submitted. I finally agreed to it so I could order some stickers. To top it off the sticker company wouldn't let me order stickers because none of the files provided were in vector format. I should have done better research before I used this company, so maybe this review will help others. Update, they did reach out and send me a vector file.

I Was happy with the final product. We ordered the basic logo package for $45 dollars And got a great design with few revisions. I will use them again.

initially after i paid there was no contact, got worried. I went back to their website and started live chatting with one of their employees and explained to them the situation. after that they were on it, logo samples after 2 days and every revision after 48 hours. The designers seemed very responsive to the feed back. One word of caution is a sales rep that contacts you trying to copywriter and trade mark making it seem like its the law and you don't have choice, you do! it is not the law and if plan to add to your logo wait on that until your company is established. All in all it was a good experience
