Design Proficient did an amazing job in my new logo. They worked with me through three variations and came up with a very professional looking new logo. They were great to work with and made the process easy. In the end they gave me the new logo in a variety of file types so I can use it in all sorts of applications. The price was reasonable and the outcome was superb.

Avoid this company at all costs, I provided a simple example file of what I wanted and they copied it exactly and just changed the colors. They also demanded I upgrade if I wanted something custom and still couldn't provide anything better than what I currently have / could do on my own. Now they're just not responding to me after taking over $300 and won't issue a refund. This company is a fill in the blank!!

My Name Is Randy Hunter I Am 28 Years of age and for for years i have always wanted and needed my own website i am a independent video game developer i have spent 8 years working on techniques for creating 3D characters and worlds a little here and there to get better because i am striving to grow my own studio. In 2016 i went to a collage for game development so i can get a better understanding on how to make my video games. Purchased a logo package, the team was excellent to work with and suggested many different types of designs. They worked with me through numerous back-and-forth design changes and adjustments until the final product was decided on. Once this was complete they provided a complete set of media file types so that I could create any type of document such as business cards, letterhead, web ads, etc. I would highly recommend Design Proficient if you need a competent firm to create a logo package.

DETAILS  Where do I start....I hired this company to design a logo for me. I paid for a package that included the design, stationary, and ownership of the logo. At first, they sent me a bunch of cheesy clip art looking logos. I worked with them...we made it through. Weeks later, I see several unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account totally $426.00!!!! I called them furious and they explained it’s to get the logo trademarked. In their package and website advertising, ownership of the logo is included. I reminded them of this when they first called me to talk about next steps. I asked if this service would be an additional cost—they said no! Then bam! They’re taking money out of my account. No invoice, no authorization, no nothing! I’m fighting to get my money back!! Update: The Project Manager handled the issue immediately. However, the “Brand Reputation Manager” admitted to the mistake, but tried to tell me I wouldn’t receive my refund unless I take my review down-which I refuse to do. This isn’t right. I did receive money back regardless.
