Don't even bother inquiring! I inquired about a day out 3 years ago and still receiving nuisance texts today after stopping texts multiple times!
My son had his 9th birthday party here. He had the best time as did all his friends. The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be returning. I know one of the boys booked his party with delta force as soon as he got back.
I booked my son's birthday party with them, they were very smooth on the phone, recorded the calls - I thought I asked all the right questions and was very disappointed to have been blatantly lied to - they told me there was an indoor area for the party - there wasn't and they told me 200 paintballs would be enough - it was nowhere near enough. When I complained, i discovered I was not the only one to have been 'fooled' and when I wrote to complain they tried to weedle their way out of it. Very dishonest if you ask me - I would never recommend them.
I went with a group age 12 to 69 and had the best time the staff were amazing, approachable, friendly and full of energy. Nothing was too much trouble and you felt welcome a great day out.
Excellent service from booking right through to marshals on the day. Been here a good few times now and excellent service is always consistent. The boys always have a fantastic time here and even though there are places closer they would never go anywhere else now. Great place lovely staff and according to the boys the lunch is awesome too .
We had a fantastic birthday party for my son's 11th birthday AND staff were fantastic making my son's birthday extra special. I think the managers name was Steve or Chris but he was very on the ball he kept the place running smoothly and that we had plenty of paintballs. Thank you guys all 13 children and adults spoke highly of you and it was money well spent really appreciate the happy memories you made for me and my son !! See you again but wishing you much success and thank you for going the extra mile and for the hot water bottle and blankets 👌😁😁
