Had a great day yo celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Took A bit of time for us to all to arrive and for us to all warm up and get into the swing of it. It was good fun, a different kind of fun. The staff did join in, they were encouraging and also looked after us all. My daughter is autistic and had a wee bit of a meltdown at one point. I explained this to the staff and they were very kind to her and kept an eye on her the rest of the day. Top marks from the She Hulk Crew.

I arranged a days paintballing for my under 12’s football team. It was a fantastic day & very well organised. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend & would definitely visit again in the near future.

The place was excellent, my son and his friends thouroughly enjoyed it. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but they enjoyed it that much it was worth it. Definitely will be going again in the future!
Fantastic mini paintball 10th birthday party for 17! Safe and lots of fun. Really helpful staff too who want to make the experience great. Highly recommended.
Super day for the children paintballs can work our quite pricey but the kids had the best time. Staff were very attentive not only to players but to us as spectators offering blankets and hot water bottles Great day had by all would definitely recommend and go again.

Hosted my son's birthday party with a dozen friends, it was his 10th... double digits... so went big on this one. We were well looked after from arrival. It was well organised as there were parties of kids and adults and yet kept slick. A full packed 4 hours and ordered pizzas which went down a treat. Jimmy, our host was very understanding and helpful especially as it was 10 kids and me alone! Our marshals Ashanti and another lovely lady who's name i embarrassingly can't remember were excellent. Would recommend to any parent wanting to give a special experience to kids 8-10 who want to try paint balling. Will
Customer service is awful and marshals don't care who breaks the rules. My son had his 11th birthday party at this venue. he'd been here before so was clued up on what to do. The staff allowed extra, older people to join the opposing group and didn't police them. When my sons group were hit, they went to leave the arena as is the rule, but the other group continued to fire upon the boys. This happened during a number of games. Eventually my husband went to to speak to a marshal to find him mucking about on the floor with his mate and not watching the game and not aware of what was going on. My husband spoke to the manager who told him he had to take it up with customer services, who he would ask to contact us. They didn't. but we contacted them and after a lot of follow up emails (they are not good at keeping in touch) told us we should have taken it up with the manager...…. we did. The manager denied everything even though we had witnesses. Marshall became verbally and nearly physically abusive towards my husband. But ultimately, my 11 year old and a friend ended up in tears on his birthday. I'd avoid this venue and try to avoid delta force as if anything goes wrong they will just ignore your emails and letters (I wrote the CEO and only got a reply after 1.5 months and a follow up. There are better places to celebrate a birthday.

Took my son and friends for his 16th Birthday, we booked a Marshall for £100 so they could have each section to themselves - was well worth the extra, Holly was fantastic and made sure they all had great fun. Everyone loved it, highly recommended
