My son had the best day and said all the staff were amazing the paintballs ran out quick and it was £90 for 1000 but it was worth it it was his birthday so you do not mind spending it

Visited Delta Force Hemel Hempstead for my brother Harris's birthday with 16 of us in total. This is by far the best location that I have been to and the games were fun (despite it being cold)! Overall the whole experience was amazing, from the initial customer service from Larry who ensured our booking went smoothly and gave us details of arrival time, costs of extras etc. beforehand. My advice would be to get all the information on costs before booking, so that you are aware roughly how many paintballs you will need and the cost associated. Therefore, it won't be a shock once you're at the venue.

Absolute rip off!!! Booked for my son's 13th birthday and ten of his friends. We paid for the bday package stated 100 paintballs per player little did we know that their recommended amount of paintballs per person is 600 for the 3 games. I was literally told that the kids would be on and off within 10 minutes game time with 100 paintballs. Not good for a group of very excited teenagers expecting 3 games. So ok how much extra did it cost me on the day just a little over £300. Absolutely gutted and luckily enough I had a family member there to help me pay it so as not to ruin my son's bday and now left with a massive debt for ridiculously priced paintballs. We found the same size bags online for 12.99 and they charged us £50 per bag. Then one of the lads came out the 1st game saying that a warden had accidentally unloaded all his bullets. Fair enough accidents happen but when I asked the manager about replacing them (as the boy told us that's what had been said to him) they didn't want to know I was told they don't get involved in handling the bullets. A complimentary 100 wouldn't of been too much to ask all things considered and to not ruin a kids day but nothing. This was the worst experience I have ever had arranging a birthday party for one of my kids and unfortunately as much as my son loves paintballing we won't be going here again!!!!
Be careful, and would not suggest this as experience or gift unless your fully aware and used to going, They hock you in with a low starting price but cost £hundreds to take a family with all the extras
Don’t touch this company. Booked paintball session for 4 people and within an hour they cancelled but refused to refund. Would only offer times they we can’t make. Completely unprofessional outfit. STAY CLEAR.
We had a great time yesterday celebrating our son's 13th birthday there. They considered age and experience when they put the kids into groups, which is great - and supervised them really well to ensure safety. The fields are great and staff are well engaged. Good process from arrival to playing, though there should be a bit more clarity for how many rounds are played (3x20min) and how many paintballs are needed (we needed about 500 each for the 3 sessions in total with a medium usage)
I want to say a massive thank you to Neil, Chris, Dan, Zara & Hannah for Continuing to give us the best days here at delta force! This Newcastle site 10000% has the best staff, they are hugely accommodating and never fail to make us laugh and enjoy our experience even more. We came for the first time a couple of months ago and have been back many times since and we plan to be back many more times… WE LOVE IT! I also just want to do a GIGANTIC shout out to marshal Neil! The whole family gang think you are fantastic and always make our day that bit more special and fun! You look after everyone all day and will do all you can to make sure every person is have the best experience they can, thank you so much! We can’t wait to be back yet again!! Badly organised from start to finish. Trying to book online they tried to charge an extra 7%, no idea why. So I phoned, and there call centres are abroad with bad signal, can barely hear the person. Lack of information before and on the day. Booked for my sons birthday, which I told a man working there, who seemed to not like me saying that and asked another kid what colour they wanted their team to be. They don’t tell you, but there is an hour to get ready, so if you arrive at 2 like they ask you, it takes 5 mins to put your kit on, then you just have to wait for an hour while other people just arrive late and none of the care and in some cases are rude (man with ginger hair). I have a group of 11 year old boys really bored. It’s my sons birthday and they don’t care. I would go somewhere better organised in future.

I booked a party of eight 12 year olds for sons birthday and was very pleased with the Leeds location. The kids were kept in a safe age group and the marshal Chris was excellent at keeping them safe whilst letting them play. They had a great time.
Well worth the 1 hour journey to get to the location. My son and his 12 friends had an excellent time for his 14th birthday. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.
