What a complete con! We paid the initial £69.99 for 10 players for our daughters 18th and then when booking had to pay a further £11.99 per person for the 1st 100 bullets which we thought was understandable …. (Plus an extra £20 for each of the 4 additional players that came) However when we arrived we were told we wouldn’t get the 100 bullets till the end and had to pay a further £693 to play the game …. So for a fun and what we thought cheap afternoon ended up costing us close to £900!! Absolutely disgusted by this company and WOULD NOT recommend to anybody EVER!!!!

Absolutely horrendous service! DO NOT fall for their sales bs. We got sold these vouchers by a sales rep that did a great job of getting my son into it for his birthday. So we purchased this and booked it all in for his birthday. Only for 5 days before to cancel because they "didn't have enough players". Hint there were already 12 of us and I have played with fewer numbers. So in short they could not be bothered with a kids party. What was worse is they sent out all the safety briefing emails and forms to all the parents and participants making it seem even more confirmed! We rang them up and they said sorry but nothing we can do and really could not have cared less that they have just ruined a kids birthday party plans!
Larry called me right away after enquiring on the website to book me and my friends in. Super helpful and answered all questions that I had to ask. Excellent service.

After using a Wowcher discount code, I spoke with a customer service agent by name of Tracy, who was a delight to speak with, incredibly professional, very efficient and had no problem with explaining multiple times to me about pricing, equipment and times of the event. My memory is shocking, but she made me feel super comfortable and overall happy with my purchase. A* transparent customer service

Emma at deltaforce was soo professional and helpful that I ended up purchasing an extra 20 tickets for my friends. Its a great venue with lots of fun and friendly stuff. Especially Emma!
I can't personally speak for the gameplay as I don't play but the kids always have a great time. They all seem to really enjoy the different game play arenas. However I CAN speak to customer service from the phone reservation staff (EG Larry today) all the way to the site GM-- they have always been spectacular. We've thrown multiple birthday parties at their site and have been met with ample guidance and insight. While we've been attending for years, the trips have been far between due to the interruptions of Covid etc. The Delta Force reservation staff, like Larry to whom I spoke today, have always been super helpful and the GM of the Cobham location manages to keeps track of all our leftover paintballs across the years which is amazing and a testament to their fair practices. I called today after nearly 15 months since our last visit and asked Larry how many paintballs I had left. He was able to reach the Cobham location and hear back immediately! (I was told it would take 24-48 hours to get the information). Thank you to the Cobham location and the call centre for making the whole process so easy and quality in a time when very few companies care about customer service any more! Well done Delta Force!
