Extremely disappointing experience at the Newcastle site. Inexperienced staff could not maintain the guns. I spent the entire time there standing at the side being given broken gun after broken gun. I paid over £100 to stand in the woods. The manger refused to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The experience was extremely fun. It was like being out in a real battlefield. The staff were amazing. My teammates were good, too. I’d highly recommend going paintball with Delta Force. This is a hobby that I’d highly recommend people to to adopt in their life.
When I wanted to book my son’s birthday party I couldn’t get through on the phone and requested a live chat. Very quickly I had a response and within a very easy 10 minutes I had the information I needed, the booking had been made and paid for. Easy! I’m sure my son will be delighted!

Excellent Customer Service I had an email exchange with the Paintball Booking Office today and so felt this was worthy of a review. Prompt efficient response, with excellent customer care skills, I was impressed and I will definitely be returning to book again.
My son attended the Cobham Centre with some friends to celebrate his birthday. When I booked I had enquired as to what was the recommended amount of ammunition to buy and made the booking based on what I was advised. A week after the booking I received a text message informing me that the time of the booking had been pushed forward without any prior consultation. When I called to ask for an explanation, I was told that the change of time was due to the clock going forward. Surely, that was something the customer service who made my booking should have been aware of. Anyway, to add insult to injury, when we arrived I was informed we had to buy more ammunitions which added another £100 to the original bill. When I explained that the booking had been made on the recommendation of their customer service, the lady shrugged and was quite rude. I have made a complaint with the head office but I don't expect any response from them. Although my son enjoyed the experience, I feel I have been mis-sold and misguided by the information provided at the time of the booking and I won't book with them again.
Went to Manchester site yesterday, dont be fooled by the bullets advertised at £8 per 100 when in actual fact it was £12 per 100 when you don't buy a package. Most of the guns were faulty more people were stuck with jammed guns than working, my friend spent 3 of 6 games without a gun. There was way too many people squeezed on the areas at least 50 people crammed in an area designed for max 20 people. State of the art guns and equipment is laughable the upgraded gun is part of a package that's £90 plus your entry fee of nearly £15. Not organised at all really shoddily run.
Avoid. Terrible organisation. Sweaty wet stinking clothes. Not as advertised on the site. Made a party of teens completely miserable. Unwilling to respond to email complaints. Thanks, you ruined our kids birthday you greedy callous *****s.

We got there slightly late because our journey was very long and trains got delayed, the staff were super rude to us on arrival and didn’t pay much attention to us just because we were slightly late. We had to miss the first game because we didn’t have our kit with us but when we did and we’re ready to go into the second game, they said we’re unable to because we don’t have our pain balls which was ridiculous as they told us we’re ready to go in and didn’t mention anything about buying paintballs prior to our game. so we had to miss our second game as well. When we went to buy paintballs, the prices were ridiculously expensive - we definitely got scammed as the website said nothing about buying paintballs (so we thought it would be included in our ticket price). And they expected us to buy at least 400 paintballs each (which is supposed to last for all three games) which would’ve cost us a lot for just one game. They would not let us in with less or share out the 400. Everyone was put off by this and not all of us played. We really did not like our experience and we will definitely not be returning.
It’s concise with the way they coordinate the task and each game being played . I really do recommend this to everyone who enjoys abit of action !!!

Avoid. Meat heads. So expensive. Fiddle 5 star reviews with free bullets. Poor organisation and control from start to finish. Helmets all fog up ... everyone's all types, styles Way too many people in each game. Did not feel safe. Thick thick mud, lots of first aid near misses. Very poor communication from people on site. No one talks to you, they assume you know ... Stags and birthday people attacked by 50 odd guns and marshalls could not stop firing even after they called ceasefire. I complained ... not their fault. No system offered for taking complaints or feedback.
