Overpriced, problems with equipment constantly and lack of care for safety of players from the marshals. When you are spending so much for paintballs, to have half of them wasted due to guns not working properly, it feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth. By the time I had a working one the round was pretty much over and then the working one I did have for a while started playing up and shooting 4/5 paintballs out in one go. This was the 4th gun I had, all in the first game. When you pay £11.99 per 100 and your gun fires 5 out in one that pretty much roll out of the end of the barrel, it only takes a couple of shots and you’re literally throwing money on to the floor. There was also an incident where one of the opposing team started kicking someone who had a shield in one of the games. The marshal kept shouting out but nothing was done about this. The planter was not spoken to or called up on what they were doing. Paintballing is not meant to have physical violence. This same person that was kicking also shot me 5/6 times at point blank range in the same game to which I confronted him about the safety and he tried pushing me and pulling off my mask. I was absolutely disgusted with this behaviour from a safety point of view. Completely unacceptable. There was no real effort to find out who the player was until the fourth time I complained to a marshal but by then I wouldn’t have been able to point out the person as everyone looks the same in the overalls and by the time you get back to the main area you don’t know who is who. This being said, it should not have taken four attempts at complaining to a marshal for them to offer to take action, with a player behaving like this on site. I’m f someone if trying to pull masks off a player mid game, they should be kicked out straight away. Will not be returning to delta force. I do not recommend going and waste of money.

We recently booked a stag party of 25 at your Manchester venue and were taken aback by the pricing of the packages we were upsold on the day. The majority of our group chose the Commando package at £62, while a few opted for the Black Ops package at £81. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Throughout the day, we encountered frequent issues with the equipment—guns constantly jammed and ran out of gas. The games themselves lacked creativity and purpose, with the sole objective seeming to be to shoot as much paint as possible. Typically, other sites make an effort to accommodate stag parties with tailored game modes, but we received no special attention and very little interaction from the staff. In fact, most of the staff were quite dismissive, with one member of our group being completely ignored when his gun jammed during the last game. To add to our frustration, we initially ordered 100 paintballs each, which were provided in plastic bags in quantities of 500. This made it impossible to share them out fairly. The use of plastic bags instead of the traditional tubes, which are much easier to pour into the hopper, seems intentionally designed to fail, leading to ripped bags and paintballs being spilled on the floor. The final game was particularly frustrating, as it was a "one-shot-and-sit-out" scenario, leaving most of us with hundreds of unused paintballs and no opportunity to use them. At other sites, it’s common to have a free-for-all at the end to allow players to use up their remaining paintballs. However, when we asked about this option, the marshal seemed completely unaware of such a practice and responded rudely. We also expected to play with others, but being such a large group, we were surprised to be placed in a group of around 60 participants, leading to utter chaos. This experience was far from what we anticipated, and none of us will be returning to any Delta Force Paintball site in the future.

Thus was an excellent event for my kids 7yr old birthday party. All kids enjoyed it and the set price made it worth while with mo hidden costs

Terrible experience. Attended with my 11 year old son and 9 of his friends for a birthday treat for one of his friends. Thought we would get the same price as we were told we would get the same deal for £26 only to be stung with £50. Thought we would be playing against each other but instead we were put together with a few different groups of men. Think there were over 60 in total so it was total chaos. Spent more time waiting around. Guns were too heavy for the kids. They didn't really understand the aim of the random games nor did I to be fair. Goggles constantly streaming up so you couldn't see. Guns kept jamming. The site is very untidy. Overall a very poor experience and certainly not value for money. Very disappointed.

SCAM! DON'T BUY! Was sold tickets at a discounted price for the "entry" then when you try to book you would need to pay extra amount for "first 100 paintballs" in order to book. Such a nice way to scam someone.
