Our boiler broke down during a servicing and as it was fourteen years old it needed to be replaced. We weren't happy with the quote we received for a new boiler from our usual plumbing service so we contacted Stuart for a quote. His quote was several hundred pounds cheaper and we very much appreciated the money saved. During the installation there was a complication related to accessing the flue from outside and Stuart also sorted this out in a way that saved us money. The installation was very professionally done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Stuart was brilliant as always. Serviced our boiler but spotted an issue with our immersion heater (had accidentally been switched on) which we hadn’t noticed as our boiler is in loft. Our bills had been very high for over 12 months so hopefully that’s the end of that issue. Would highly recommend this company and Stuart as a reliable and honest worker.

We recently moved into a new home and had a problem with our boiler on a freezing cold day. Stuart came out on an emergency call at the weekend to fix the boiler to make sure we had heating for our baby. He was very quick, responsive and efficient, and sorted the problem within minutes. We had a leak in the airing cupboard within 10 minutes of me phoning Stuart he was with us and quickly sorted the problem out. We had an unvented water tank fitted by another plumber which is giving us problems and Stuart will be with us in another couple of weeks to sort this out. As we are both over 70 years of age it is reassuring for us to know that we now have somebody reliable to help us with any problems.

Stuart helped with the installation of our Worcester Bosch boiler 10 years ago and has serviced it annually ever since. He’s just also fixed a minor issue with the hot water. Is always prompt and polite and it’s a reassurance to know that he’s our gas engineer.

Stuart replaced 8 radiators which were over 50 years old, plus flushed the system, completed in a day with the minimum disruption. He has a good attention to detail and not flustered when unexpected snags arise. Recommended
