Stuart has just fitted me a new Worcester Bosch boiler. The whole experience of finding the right boiler, arranging a fitting date and the actual installation was made stress free by Stuart. His work was excellent and he explained the need to know workings of my new boiler in non technical jargon which was most welcome. On completion he left the work area spotless. Stuart installed our Worcester boiler a few years ago, constructing an entire wooden framework for it in the loft. Great job. Today the boiler failed to fire up. I had a look in the loft and saw lights flashing and what I thought was a whiff of gas. Rang Stuart at 07:45, he came and was gone by 08:30, boiler fixed! (There was moss blocking the condensation waste pipe outside.) He left refusing to make any charge. The kind of service you don't often see. Very highly recommended.
Stuart replaced our very old boiler and water tank system with a new combi boiler. Stuart gave us some very good advice on choosing the right boiler and completed the work in just under 2 days and we are so pleased with the installation, as such a neat job.
