Handles look excellent ! Thanks

The handles are good quality but it sounds like chaos at the HQ. I returned some unwanted handles - 2 weeks later not heard anything. They denied having received them. I had to dig out proof of postage which showed they had been signed for. Then they admitted they had moved warehouse and their boss was getting married and everything was a mess. They did refund me but the owness was on me to prove it. I also got them to refund my postage.

Beautiful handles but the screws supplied are not long enough, so I’ve had to find some longer ones to be able to complete the kitchen. I asked the company for some longer ones and they told me what they supply is standard size. Cupboard doors need to be really thin to be able to use these screws, my doors are normal thickness.

Arrived on time good quality product

Goods did not arrive, emails were unanswered. So I phoned and they said some shipments had been lost by Royal Mail, and they were waiting to see which orders were affected. I was by promised my order would be sent out the next day and a new email would contain a new tracking number but this didn’t happen and I wrote a rotten one star review. The goods arrived several days later and I am pleased with the quality and the price so I have updated the review. If I could offer this company any advice it would be to be more proactive in communicating with customers, with more updates.

I haven't even received my handles. Been poor and I can't find a way to check as my tracking id just fails

this set for sliding doors in wardrobes is very good quality. Importantly, all the weight of the door is on the lower rollers which are very easy to adjust. I recommend this product.

Ordered a load of antique copper kitchen cupboard handles to do a temporary makeover on our kitchen while we save for a total refit. They’re really nice looking handles and decent quality. Will totally transform and update our tired 80s kitchen for less than £100 for 24 handles (plus some paint for the units!). Great choice on website, great price and good quality. Fast delivery too.
