Excellent service and really speedy, price seemed decent but did reflect slightly in quality of product, only minor things like grub screw to secure spindle was difficult to insert and tighten causing most of them to chew heads up but finish of handle is spot on. Definite value compared to equivalent on market
The handles were unsuitable for my needs but good quality and reasonably priced. Very good communication with an effort to provide me with the correct product . Easy return
I ordered a bedroom door latch on Saturday 2nd May. Thinking delivery would be probably Wed/Thurs with it being weekend and problems with Covid. To my shock this morning Monday 4May I received my parcel. All I can say is thank you for the 1st class service given. Cannot fault anything about this company and would recommend them 100%.great product/prices/ and service. I will use them again.
The handles I ordered were great. And amazing value. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that I thought they were slightly late. This might be due to Covid so I might not be fair. But after I sent an email asking where they were. I never got a reply. But they did show up and were very good. Thanks

The package arrived open and half the contents were not inside. Have tried to ring the company and can't get an answer. Have emailed them twice and have just been ignored not even an acknowledgment. I paid for postage and packing Shocking customer service
