The service was excellent ! The order was delivered on time in full. I had a problem either the thickness of my doors as the screws that came with the handles were not long enough. I asked for the diameter of the screws Ruth intention of buying some myself but that sent out another set of longer screws FOC. Handles have been installed 3 months now (black L shaped ones) and the still look brand new. I would definitely use again

I ordered some pull down / lifting clothes rails for a wardrobe. They arrived quickly and they are much better quality than some others I recently bought for the same price. The pull down bar has a slight banana shape in its resting position but not enough to worry about. Overall very happy.

Recently purchased x10 door handles for kitchen units, and the quality is superb! Perfectly knurled brass handles without a flaw or signs of overlap from the machining process which can often be seen on knurled metal. Ordered more and awaiting delivery, which was fast first time around. Only comment I have for improvement is the screws supplied are only just long enough for our kitchen unit doors to get a few threads screwed in, and our doors are not especially thick, just standard doors from Wren.
