I did NOT expect this to go through. I spoke to the Agent, because your duplicate checking did NOT work. The agent said the list would not be sent, since you did not have my complete information to legally bill the credit card. Since the Agent was NOT able to back check your proposed list, against My list of names to eliminate duplicates, this was CANCELLED.. This list you sent, billed illegally against my credit card, had NO NAMED for 63 of the 475 contacts. I also saw several duplicated of names/companies but with multiple addressed applied.

We purchased a database of contractors in specific 5 States from Exact Data company. BUT these 2 companies are interrelated (they declared that Exact Data belongs to Data Axle). So, first we have conducted OVER 7 EMAIL CAMPAIGNS with this database. In each campaign the results was the same: 1) 10-15% of hard bounces and duplicating contacts - NON-EXISTING CONTACTS 2) 8-12% of the clickers ARE ALWAYS from another countries (Germany, Finland, UK etc), 3) 60-75% of USA clickers ARE from the States that we did NOT purchase at all and actually from specific Cities (Washington State, Iowa - Des Moines, Wyoming - Cheyenne etc) - EVERY CAMPAIGN the RESULT ARE THE SAME! In total - OVER 85% of the database is NON-EXISTING email OR from locations we did NOT purchase!!! Then we wrote countless emails to the original seller (Exact Data) - NO RESULTS at all, just ignoring(( AND finally after almost a month of emails and calls ONLY AFTER WE POSTED OUR FIRST REVIEW HERE on TrustPilot.com Data Axle's manager called us back and offered to investigate and replace the data. He did it, AND.... the result is ABSOLUTELY THE SAME!!! NOW this manager is also ignoring us! These 2 companies are FAKE, please save your money and time - DO NOT BUY from these companies!
Customer service was less than adequate. First appointment was canceled due to representative issue with child. After the sale contacted representative via email and recieved a response that clearly let me know that I was on my own after the purchase. Another representative contacted me months later to see how things were going with the product. I was assured that the list could be used for what I intended and found out later that this was not true.

I hired this company 1 year ago having previously being ripped off by 3 previous marketing company. M6 sales qnd service went thru the roof. They havr helped me in every aspect. I see why they were rated the ,#1 marketing company in the usa.
Awful experience. 90% of the list we bought from you had wrong data. Waste of time and money.
The sales team and people I worked with were great; they were very friendly, followed up appropriately, and stayed moderate on the sales press. The data was meh, which is to be expected. My company is aiming at the SMB market, and between the usual turnover and the pandemic, finding accurate data for smaller businesses is just a challenging fact of life.
I made a mistake with my criteria and Data Axle took care of me and gave me the records I needed without any extra charges.
