I had a need for Ambulatory Surgery and Office-based surgery data across the country in specific markets, and I only wanted a list representing a defined business profile. I was looking for needles in the proverbial haystack. Positive purchasing and data experience. The DataAxle representative was accommodating and flexible as we worked through the data filtering process. After initial filter results yielded results not inclusive of my desired targets, we worked together to identify the best sort criteria to achieve my needs.
I did not receive the data that I requested. Turns out the SIC codes that I wanted contained a bunch of records that should have been listed in other categories or there were no categories appropriate. Disappointing but the company gave me a full refund and their staff was super attentive, good to work with.

Data Axle responded to a request for information very quickly (a day or two). I was contacted by Bob. I asked for contact information for the S&P 500 companies. Bob performed a search and had results the same day. I ended up purchasing the information. The list of 1122 results contained 327 of the S&P 500. This is likely because the search included over 10,000 employees. At least 150 of the S&P have less than 10,000 employees. So what I purchased was about 65% complete. Had we lowered the employee number, a lot more companies would have been included, but would have cost me much more. Overall, I am satisfied with the results.
Heather was my first POC and she was great. Friendly and very helpful. I was able to get my questions answered and even learned a couple things I was not aware about. Aaron was great too. Both Heather and Aaron are 5 star customer service and will be getting my business again because of them. Also I'd like to add the products are high quality indeed. Bravo!!

Need to be specific and accurate when communicating. I inquired about PURCHASING an email list and was told in writing (email) that those lists were available for "purchase". One week later when I got the order details I found that the list is "leased" for 1 year, not "purchased". We do not have an option to purchase the list. It seemed like a bait & switch. At that point in the process, the month is half over and I don't have time to shop around if I expect to get our marketing deployed this month.
