I paid for the middle package that includes owners or managers names. Much of the data has no owners or managers names. The agent pointed me towards a check box that was hidden that I could have selected if I did not want the records without the owners and managers names. So why did I pay for the middle package that says they are included? I paid for data that I did not receive. Not impressive.

Tim did a good job in getting me the list. He could have gone one step further and asked me if I wanted to use the sales select to eliminate some of the very small companies that are not ones I really want to reach.

my most previous order was almost all bad ( non-existant companies) I told my rep, said I would send the returned envelopes. Not terribly interested. he would look if I did such and such. You don't care, I don't care
